Job summary

EY is seeking a Cybersecurity Senior Manager to drive strategic solution development and support growth across client engagements. You will act as a trusted advisor to account leadership and collaborate with partners, architects, and global practices to position EY as a leading cyber transformation advisor.

The role emphasizes leading pursuits, developing differentiated solutions, and guiding transformation initiatives for major accounts, including the insurance sector.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• 10–15+ years of cybersecurity consulting, advisory, or industry experience.
• Experience leading large-scale cyber transformation programs.
• Proven success supporting sales pursuits and account growth.
• Experience developing cybersecurity business cases, roadmaps, and operating models.
• Strong understanding of managed security services and security operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of integrated cybersecurity solutions aligned to client objectives and risk priorities.
• Design innovative offerings spanning Cyber Defense & Fraud.
• Lead development of repeatable service offerings, solution accelerators, and implementation frameworks.
• Collaborate with sector cyber teams to bring leading practices into client solutions.
• Develop operating models, service catalogs, staffing plans, roadmaps and target-state architectures.
• Incorporate AI, automation, analytics, and GenAI-enabled capabilities into cybersecurity solutions.
• Serve as cyber domain lead for strategic accounts across the insurance sector.
• Support account teams in identifying, qualifying, and shaping cybersecurity opportunities.
• Develop account growth strategies and opportunity roadmaps.
