• 10–12 years of experience in cybersecurity with mastery of at least two security domains.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or related field; or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of General Computer Controls including information security, operations, vendor management, and business continuity.

Responsibilities

• Guide business units, operations teams, application development teams, and third-party vendors to achieve program requirements to enable the business.
• Develop strategies, policies, and standards to protect company information and technology assets.
• Attend regular project and implementation meetings and serve as the cybersecurity SME to guide secure practices.
• Stay updated on current and proposed cybersecurity changes impacting regulatory, privacy, and industry guidance.
• Contribute to a risk-based cybersecurity program that meets regulatory requirements and aligns with best practices.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and policies in all jurisdictions where Abbott operates.
• Contribute to design of cybersecurity toolsets to enable automated discovery, remediation, and alerting of vulnerabilities.
• Familiarity with AI governance, data governance, and emerging technology risk management.
