Qualifications

• 15+ years of leadership in cybersecurity governance, regulatory affairs, or enterprise risk.
• Significant experience leading regulatory examinations and supervisory engagements.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and board governance.
• Ability to influence executives and regulators; exceptional communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead cybersecurity governance framework and operating model.
• Oversee governance forums, management committees, and executive reporting.
• Drive governance maturity across functions and legal entities.
• Own policy and standards framework; govern exceptions and remediation processes.
• Lead cybersecurity examinations, regulatory interactions, and readiness programs.
• Manage regulatory questionnaires and responses end-to-end.
• Maintain cybersecurity regulatory repository and documentation.
• Prepare executive and Board reporting on cyber risk and regulatory status.
