Job summary

EWOR GmbH is seeking ambitious entrepreneurs to start and scale their own startups. Fellows receive a salary while building their startup, with potential funding up to €500k.

You will gain 1:1 sparring with unicorn founders, access to a powerful founder/investor community, and extensive support networks for hiring and market expansion. You’ll be supported by serial entrepreneurs and coached to reach product-market-fit, scale revenues, and prepare for multi-million euro funding rounds.

Qualifications

• Ambitious entrepreneur with a strong track record or startup focus.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• You will own, build, and run your startup in fields such as Cybersecurity.
• Receive extensive personal development crafted by unicorn founders.
• Get hiring advice through a network of over 50,000 professionals.
• Receive intensive coaching to prepare your startup for funding.
• Iterate your product with us until product-market-fit and build a marketing engine.
