Job summary

EWOR GmbH seeks ambitious entrepreneurs to start and scale their own startups. Fellows receive a salary while building, with an option for up to €500k in funding, plus weekly 1:1 sparring with unicorn founders and access to an elite founder/investor network.

You will own and run a startup in fields like Cybersecurity, supported by a customised development programme and extensive hiring assistance from EWOR’s network. Relocation openness is encouraged.

Qualifications

• You will own, build, and run your startup in fields such as Cybersecurity.
• Extensive personal development journey crafted by unicorn founders and a customised programme.
• Access to top founders and a large professional network for hiring support.
• Coaching to make your startup ready to raise millions in funding.
• Iterate product with EWOR until product-market-fit and build a sales/marketing engine.

Responsibilities

• Own, build, and run your startup in selected fields such as Cybersecurity.
• Engage in extended personal development curated by unicorn founders.
• Receive hiring support through EWOR's network of 50,000+ professionals.
• Receive intensive coaching to prepare for multi-million funding rounds.
• Iterate product to achieve PMF and help build a sales/marketing engine.
