Job summary

EWOR GmbH is hiring ambitious entrepreneurs to start and scale their own startups. You will be employed by EWOR while you build your company, with optional up to €500k in funding.

You’ll receive 1:1 sparring with unicorn founders weekly and access to a network of over 50,000 professionals to help reach product-market-fit and scale revenue. You’ll be guided by a programme crafted by serial founders, with intensive coaching to position your startup for multi‑million euro funding rounds within 12

Qualifications

• Based in Europe or the Americas, or willing to relocate.
• Willing to take full responsibility for your own startup and scale it to €100M+ in revenues.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• You will own, build, and run your startup in fields such as Fintech.
• You will embark on a personal development journey crafted by unicorn founders and follow a fully customised programme.
• You will receive support in hiring through our network of over 50,000 professionals and advice from serial entrepreneurs.
• You will receive intensive coaching to prepare your startup to raise millions in funding.
• You will iterate your product with EWOR until product-market-fit is achieved and assist in building a sales or marketing engine.
