Job summary

EWOR GmbH is looking for ambitious entrepreneurs to start and scale their own startups. Fellows receive a salary while building their company and can access up to €500k in funding.

You will be embedded in a high‑impact program with hands‑on coaching, structured milestones, and access to a global network of operators and investors. You will have weekly 1:1 sparring with unicorn founders, ongoing personal development, and targeted support to recruit top talent.

Qualifications

• Ambitious entrepreneur mindset required.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Willing to relocate to Europe or the Americas.

Responsibilities

• Own, build, and run your startup in fields such as HealthTech.
• Engage in an extensive personal development journey crafted by unicorn founders.
• Receive hiring support through EWOR's network of over 50,000 professionals and advice from serial entrepreneurs.
• Receive intensive coaching to prepare your startup for funding rounds.
• Iterate your product with EWOR until achieving product-market fit and build a sales/marketing engine.
• Be based in Europe or the Americas or open to relocate.
