Job summary

VSolvit, LLC. is seeking a Cybersecurity Specialist (Level 4) to oversee RMF security and compliance for DoD programs. The role focuses on RMF steps 1–6, vulnerability management, and advancing toward Zero Trust Architecture within Azure Government environments.

The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of cloud engineering experience, strong SCAP/Navy eVALUATE skills, Azure administration, and a DoD Top Secret clearance with Security+ certification. Remote work options may be available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in CS or related field.
• 2–4 years of cloud engineering experience with RMF activities and ATO deadlines.
• Proficiency with SCAP scanning tools and Navy eVALUATE; Azure administration; CI/CD and DevSecOps toolchains.

Responsibilities

• Support RMF lifecycle and compliance management across the RMF steps 1–6.
• Maintain SCCA stacks and ZTA MLZ deployments in Azure Government; ensure STIG compliance.
• Manage POA&M entries, track vulnerabilities, and drive remediation.
• Monitor security controls and ensure ATO deadlines are met.
