Job summary

Fusion Technology seeks an experienced Security-cleared professional to manage RMF lifecycle documentation, compliance reporting, and hardware/software reconciliation for Air Traffic Control systems. The role requires a Top Secret clearance and a Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of RMF experience.

You will maintain eMASS records, SSPs, control statements, and POA&Ms, run STIG/SCAP/ACAS/Nessus scans, document findings, and respond to assessor data calls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years supporting RMF lifecycle reporting.
• Experience maintaining eMASS records, SSPs, control implementation statements, POA&Ms, and continuous monitoring reports.
• Ability to align inventories and baselines with vulnerability scans.
• Experience running/analyzing STIG/SCAP and ACAS/Nessus scans and documenting findings.
• Assemble compliance evidence for security control assessments and respond to data calls.
• Develop boundary diagrams, data flows, PPS lists; support IAVA, FISMA, Army data calls.
• Clear technical writing for authorization packages.

• The IT Certified Professional manages day-to-day RMF lifecycle documentation, compliance reporting, and hardware/software reconciliation for Air Traffic Control (ATC) systems under Senior IT Systems Solutions Architect guidance.

Education and Experience:

You have a Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years supporting RMF lifecycle reporting:

• Hardware/software reconciliation and configuration baseline management.
• Maintain eMASS records, SSPs, control implementation statements, POA&Ms, and continuous monitoring reports.
• Align authoritative hardware/software inventories and configuration baselines against vulnerability scan results.
• Run and analyze STIG/SCAP and ACAS/Nessus scans, document findings, and track remediation.
• Assemble compliance evidence for security control assessments and respond to assessor data calls.
• Develop boundary diagrams, data flows, and PPS lists (DCWF 651); support IAVA, FISMA, and Army data calls.
• Clear technical writing for formal authorization packages.
• Tools: eMASS, STIG Viewer, SCAP Compliance Checker, ACAS/Nessus.

Certifications:

SecurityX (formerly CASP+), CISSP, or CySA+ (Government approved).
