You will troubleshoot issues on SIEM, EDR, and IAM platforms, while helping maintain documentation and standard operating procedures under supervision. This role emphasizes growth, mentorship, and long-term development within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field.
• General Experience: at least three years in IT, systems administration, or software engineering.
• Specialized Experience: at least one year with core security technologies or cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure).

Responsibilities

• Assist in the implementation, maintenance, and monitoring of cybersecurity solutions across the enterprise.
• Troubleshoots service issues for platforms like SIEM, EDR, or IAM and helps maintain system documentation and SOPs.
