Qualifications

• At least one year of experience administering multi-user, shared processor systems and data networks.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administration support for identified cybersecurity platforms (e.g., EDR, SIEM).
• Assist with user account management, system monitoring, patching, and updating service components under senior guidance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve service issues and maintain service documentation.
