Job summary

Interclypse, based in Maryland, is seeking a cybersecurity professional to assist in implementing, maintaining, and monitoring security solutions across the enterprise. You will work under experienced engineers to configure and troubleshoot tools, respond to alerts, and begin analysis of potential incidents.

The role emphasizes documentation, SOP maintenance, and collaboration to strengthen the organization’s security posture in a on-site Maryland environment.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• General Experience: At least three (3) years as a software engineer or systems administrator.
• Specialized Experience: At least one (1) year with security technologies such as firewalls, IDPS, or endpoint security.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing, maintaining, and monitoring cybersecurity solutions across the enterprise.
• Configure and troubleshoot security tools under senior engineers’ guidance.
• Respond to security alerts and perform initial analysis of potential security incidents.
• Maintain system documentation and standard operating procedures.
