Galaxia Technologies in Colorado Springs, CO is seeking a Subject Matter Expert (SME) - Cybersecurity to advance mission-critical systems and assess security posture. You will provide expert guidance, conduct gap analyses, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement security controls aligned with NIST, DoD RMF, and ISO 27001.

This role requires TS/SCI clearance (CI polygraph preferred) and a track record securing large-scale enterprise software.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field with 12+ years in cybersecurity architecture or Master’s with 10+ years.
• 12+ years progressive experience as a cybersecurity engineer securing large-scale enterprise software.
• 5+ years commercial experience securing complex enterprise software projects.
• Advanced knowledge of threat analysis, vulnerability management, and incident response.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct independent evaluations of system security controls for compliance and hygiene.
• Serve as technical expert on cybersecurity, advising on risk management and compliance strategies.
• Oversee vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and threat modeling to identify gaps.
