Job summary

Huntress is seeking an experienced Sales Engineer to join a remote-first team supporting the sales organization with technical product expertise. You will help convey how our platform enhances customers' security posture and work across Sales, Marketing, Support, and Engineering to address customer needs.

The role requires 4+ years in sales engineering or a similar field, cybersecurity experience, MSP familiarity, and strong presentation skills suitable for executive audiences.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in a sales engineering or similar role.
• Experience in the cybersecurity industry and familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks.
• Experience working with or within MSPs.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to present to C-level executives.

Responsibilities

• Partner with customers to help increase their security posture.
• Review and highlight potential security problems to customers’ technical teams while positioning Huntress as a solution.
• Work collaboratively with Sales, Marketing, Support, and Engineering on voicing customer needs.
• Spot opportunities for improvement in a fast-moving environment.
• Ability to travel ~25% of the time to meet with customers.
