Job summary

Reality Defender is seeking a content-first storyteller to own sales enablement content, translating our evolving product and the fast-moving deepfake landscape into materials used by sales and customer success teams to win and retain enterprise, financial services, and government customers.

This is a writing- and content-heavy role; you’ll work with Product to understand what’s shipping and why, turning that into sharp, credible content.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in content marketing, sales enablement, or product marketing in B2B SaaS or cybersecurity.
• Excellent writer with a proven ability to translate technical features into clear, persuasive content.
• Highly collaborative and capable of working with product, sales, and customer success daily.
• Go-to-market instincts and startup experience are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the creation of sales enablement content: pitch decks, datasheets, FAQs, competitive battlecards, and objection-handling guides.
• Partner with Product to translate new features into clear, compelling content tied to the deepfake and AI-fraud landscape.
• Write and maintain product positioning and messaging for security leaders, fraud teams, and government stakeholders.
• Develop case studies, use cases, and customer stories that illustrate impact.
• Gather field feedback with sales and product teams to continuously sharpen enablement materials.
• Collaborate with demand generation and content teams on campaigns reinforcing core product positioning.
• Conduct light market and competitive research to keep messaging sharp and current.
