Job summary

Venn is seeking a Senior Content Marketing Manager to translate complex cybersecurity technology into compelling content that builds trust and drives pipeline. You’ll own content across web, video, and social, working with leadership, demand gen, sales, and product to scale a messaging program with real autonomy.

You should bring 6+ years in B2B content marketing, a strong portfolio, and experience managing agencies or freelancers, plus comfort appearing on camera for video assets.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in B2B content marketing, including cybersecurity or a technical category
• Portfolio spanning written, web, video, social, and sales content
• Ability to articulate product-market fit for a technical product
• Comfort using AI tools in content production workflow
• Experience managing agencies, freelancers, or production partners
• Willingness to appear in video content, not just write about it

Responsibilities

• Write and maintain use-case, customer, product, and blog content; contribute to Learning Center resources
• Script and direct short-form product explainers, customer stories, and demo videos; brief editors and agency partners
• Own the social calendar across LinkedIn, Meta, and adjacent channels; support launches
• Contribute to sales enablement assets: battlecards, one-pagers, objection handling guides, case studies
• Track and report content performance: organic traffic, keyword rankings, AI citations, engagement, and pipeline influence
