Job summary

CAE USA Inc. seeks a Cybersecurity Manager to lead all RMF activities for the C-17 Training System, ensuring full compliance with contract requirements and US government directives.

You will oversee planning, staffing, and governance of the cybersecurity program, including eMASS workflow and AO/SecOps coordination. Serving as the primary security interface with internal and external stakeholders, you will manage RMF documentation, coordinate BOE development, and guide ISSOs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a computing or information security field.
• IAM Level I certification or equivalent DoD 8570-01/8140.
• Eligible for DoD Personal Security Clearance.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and security tooling.

Responsibilities

• Lead RMF program for the C-17 TS system across 16 locations.
• Prepare, review, and submit SSPs, SARs, and POA&M documentation.
• Ensure security controls align with DoD, USAF, and NIST requirements.
