Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Cybersecurity, Technology Risk Management, or related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with solid decision-making skills.
• Able to recognize and understand complex business issues.
• Strong tech skills and proficiency with various applications (Microsoft Office).
• Team player with ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of insurance and financial markets is a plus.
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure and AI is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support Nassau’s Cybersecurity Risk Team and enterprise security activities.
• Develop understanding of cybersecurity risk domains and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in cybersecurity risk assessments evaluating threats, vulnerabilities, and residual risk.
• Assist in third-party security reviews including SOC reports and cyber questionnaires.
• Participate in risk reporting, policy development, and regulatory compliance initiatives.
• Gain exposure to security frameworks, incident response, and emerging tech risks.
• Interact with other areas of the company and build relationships.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
