Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of total professional experience.
4+ years of hands-on experience delivering cybersecurity or IT risk assessments.
Bachelor's degree and relevant certifications.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to independently manage engagements from planning through reporting.

Responsibilities

Plan and execute cybersecurity and resilience assessments across technology and operational domains.
Assess design and operating effectiveness of controls against HIPAA, NIST CSF/800-53, ISO 27001.
Lead or support program execution and advisory services for governance, risk, and compliance.
Mentor and supervise junior consultants; contribute to team development.
Prepare clear documentation, reports, and deliverables independently and on schedule.
Communicate assessment scope, findings, and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Maintain engagement quality and client satisfaction throughout delivery lifecycle.
