Crowe seeks a Cybersecurity Manager to join our team in the United States. You will lead cybersecurity and resilience engagements for clients, guiding assessments, control implementation, and reporting.

You will mentor junior staff and partner with clients to improve security posture and continuity. The role emphasizes collaboration across teams, strong communication, and the ability to translate complex findings into actionable recommendations for diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• Five+ years of professional experience.
• Experience delivering cybersecurity or IT risk assessments.
• CISSP, CISA, HCISPP or equivalent certifications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute cybersecurity and resilience assessments across technology and operations.
• Assess control design and operating effectiveness against regulatory requirements.
• Support integrated assessments for broader resilience objectives.
• Serve as strategic advisor to client security and risk functions.
• Lead or support program execution activities, including control implementation and remediation.
• Mentor and supervise junior consultants.
• Prepare documentation, reports, and deliverables on schedule.
• Communicate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Maintain engagement quality and client satisfaction.
