Responsibilities include leading workshops, translating pain points into capabilities, developing business cases, and managing traceability from pilots to production with senior leadership support.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of directly relevant experience as a Business Analyst or Requirements Analyst.

Responsibilities

• Lead use case identification and prioritization with mission stakeholders.
• Gather and document requirements for technology integration pilots.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and coordination meetings.
• Translate mission pain points into technology capability requirements.
• Develop business cases and value propositions for technology insertions.
• Define measurable objectives and success criteria for pilot initiatives.
• Coordinate between technical teams and operational stakeholders.
• Document operational workflows and identify friction points for automation.
• Support governance review processes with business impact analysis.
• Develop metrics frameworks for measuring pilot and production outcomes.
• Create stakeholder communications and status reports.
