Nightwing Group is seeking an IT Requirements Manager in Arlington, VA to support government cyber incident response programs. You will lead use case identification, gather and document requirements, and coordinate with mission stakeholders to ensure technology insertions align with objectives.

You will translate pain points into capability requirements, develop business cases, and define measurable success criteria for pilots and production.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a business analyst or requirements analyst.
• Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills.
• Experience with use case development and user story creation.
• Knowledge of business process analysis and improvement methodologies.
• Excellent facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with project coordination and tracking.

Responsibilities

• Lead use case identification and prioritization activities with mission stakeholders.
• Gather and document requirements for technology integration pilots.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and coordination meetings.
• Translate mission pain points into technology capability requirements.
• Develop business cases and value propositions for technology insertions.
• Define measurable objectives and success criteria for pilot initiatives.
• Coordinate between technical teams and operational stakeholders.
• Document operational workflows and identify friction points for automation.
• Support governance review processes with business impact analysis.
• Develop metrics frameworks for measuring pilot and production outcomes.
• Create stakeholder communications and status reports.
• Manage requirements traceability throughout integration lifecycle.
• Support leadership alignment activities with briefings and documentation.
• Facilitate lessons learned and continuous improvement processes.
• Ensure pilot scope discipline and clear exit/transition decisions.
