Nightwing is seeking an IT Requirements Manager to support an on-site response for a U.S. Government customer.

You will lead use case identification, gather requirements for technology integration pilots, and coordinate with stakeholders and technical teams to translate mission needs into actionable capabilities. The role requires active security clearance and experience in business analysis, documentation, and metrics development to measure pilot and production outcomes.
