Job summary

The State of New Mexico - Office of Cybersecurity seeks an IT Project Manager to lead end-to-end cybersecurity projects for state agencies and partners. You will create plans, manage timelines, budgets, and resources, and ensure compliance with reporting requirements to demonstrate progress.

Responsibilities include stakeholder communication, vendor oversight, and crafting procurement documents. Onsite in Santa Fe, NM with a focus on securing critical infrastructure and services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or eight years combined education/experience.
• CapM/PMI-ACP can substitute one year, PMP/PgMP can substitute two years.

Responsibilities

• Create comprehensive project plans and steer projects from initiation to close.
• Establish timelines, milestones, and allocate resources and budgets.
• Ensure compliance, risk management, and reporting for stakeholders.
• Draft professional service agreements and procurements when needed.
• Provide analysis and recommendations for cybersecurity projects.
