Job summary

ShorePoint, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Program Manager (PgM) & Incident Response Lead for overseeing enterprise cybersecurity services across IT and OT environments in Albuquerque, NM. This onsite role demands deep federal program management and IR leadership to support mission operations and governance processes.

You will coordinate with government stakeholders, manage RMF and POA&M efforts, and drive cross-functional teams to ensure secure, compliant operations.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in federal cybersecurity program leadership and IR management.
• Familiarity with RMF, continuous monitoring, POA&M management and federal security compliance requirements.
• Ability to lead matrixed teams and coordinate across technical, operational and executive stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree; a postgraduate degree may substitute for 6 years of experience.
• 10+ years of relevant work experience.
• Applicants must be a U.S. citizen and eligible to obtain and maintain a security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall execution of cybersecurity task area activities across governance, RMF, IR, threat hunting, engineering and training, ensuring mission resiliency.
• Serve as primary interface with government stakeholders, system owners and ISSMs.
• Oversee IR coordination, escalation, reporting and corrective actions.
• Direct cross-functional teams to align with federal cybersecurity requirements.
• Develop integrated cybersecurity strategies, metrics and reporting mechanisms.
• Ensure deliverables meet contract requirements.
