ShorePoint in Albuquerque, NM seeks a highly skilled Cybersecurity Program Manager (PgM) & Incident Response Lead to oversee delivery across IT and OT environments for federal contracts. You will drive governance, RMF, IR leadership, and cross-functional coordination to ensure mission resilience.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of federal cybersecurity leadership, a BS degree, and eligibility for clearance, with strong communication and governance experience shaping secure operations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in federal cybersecurity program leadership and IR management.
• Familiarity with RMF, continuous monitoring, POA&M management, and federal security compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead cybersecurity task areas across governance, RMF, IR, threat hunting, engineering and training.
• Serve as primary interface with government stakeholders and mission partners.
• Oversee incident response coordination, escalation, reporting and corrective actions.
• Direct cross-functional teams to align with federal and agency requirements.
• Develop integrated cybersecurity strategies, operating rhythms, metrics and reporting.
