We are hiring an experienced Cybersecurity IT Project Manager for one of our projects in Singapore. The successful applicant will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing multiple cybersecurity-related projects. This role ensures the successful implementation of security initiatives, compliance with regulatory standards, and alignment with business and IT security strategies. The Cybersecurity IT Project Manager collaborates with cybersecurity, IT, and business teams to protect the organization's digital assets while maintaining project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage project plans for cybersecurity initiatives, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Coordinate project activities, ensuring tasks are assigned, tracked, and completed on schedule.
- Lead cross-functional teams, including IT security, infrastructure, and business units, to ensure successful project execution.
- Perform cybersecurity risk management by identifying and assessing security risks associated with IT projects and developing mitigation strategies.
- Ensure projects comply with cybersecurity best practices, industry regulations, and organizational security policies.
- Work closely with security architects and analysts to implement effective security controls.
- Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication:
- Act as a liaison between cybersecurity, IT, and business stakeholders to align security initiatives with business needs.
- Communicate project progress, risks, and key milestones to leadership and stakeholders.
- Facilitate discussions between technical and non-technical teams to ensure security requirements are understood and met.
- Compliance & Regulatory Adherence:
- Ensure all cybersecurity projects adhere to frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR, and other relevant regulations.
- Support security audits by providing documentation and reporting.
- Vendor & Third-Party Management:
- Manage relationships with cybersecurity vendors, ensuring SLAs and project deliverables are met.
- Evaluate solutions and coordinate their deployment and integration.
- Budget & Resource Management:
- Develop and oversee project budgets, ensuring investments align with priorities.
- Optimize resource allocation and ensure efficient use of security resources.
