As an integral part of our organization, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless execution of Automated Fueling System Equipment (AFHE) Preventative and Corrective maintenance, modifications and installations at sites and projects around the globe.

*This role reports directly to the ICS Program Manager and Customer.
*This role requires minimum travel and flexible work hours.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Planning, executing, monitoring, and updating detailed schedules supporting ICS projects and personnel, including AFSI/AFHE installs, maintenance, and proposals.
  • Directing and managing the use of personnel, subcontractors, tools, and materials to meet aggressive schedules, while maintaining value and a quality of work that is consistent with KBR and stakeholder standards.
  • Coordinating the maintenance and tracking of project documents, deliverables and submitting that information to management, cost control and stakeholders.
  • Overseeing the generation, interpreting, updating, approval, and maintenance of AFSI/AFHE drawings.
  • Submitting tailored weekly/monthly reports for tracking safety, costs, materials, and the execution of projects. Creating and maintaining positive relationships while effectively engaging and collaborating with stakeholders.
  • Organizing, scheduling, and conducting quality task order status and design review conferences. Preparing and delivering conference notes and meeting minutes.
  • Other duties assigned as assigned.

Basic Qualifications
  • US Citizen
  • More than 10 years' experience in Technical Fuels Systems.
  • Experience in government or commercial fuel projects.
  • Experience with fuels systems as applied to AFSI/AFHE.
  • Experience in dealing with Government Contracts.
  • Must be able to pass a NACLC security background check.
  • Computer and database experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Preference for current possession of a government CAC card.
  • Active or previous security clearance preferred.
