Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Creation and maintenance of a program newsletter to drive program awareness.
• Liaise between the PCI PMO and teams building reporting and tracking tools.
• Maintain team Confluence site and collaboration tools.
• Coordinate updating of team process documents.
• Assist with tracking team activities and tasks.
• Ensure effective execution of tasks per standards, timelines, and objectives.
• Assist with implementing PCI PMO process improvements.
• Collaborate with vendor partners and internal teams regularly.
• Create executive-ready documentation and presentations.
