Job summary

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification with 5+ years of managing large technology projects.
• Strong technical background with cybersecurity controls and products.
• Ability to build program governance and translate requirements into tech plans.
• Experience leading organizational change to achieve business objectives.
• Proven negotiation and conflict-resolution skills.
• Excellent project management across global programs with budget coordination.
• Ability to operate across regions and functions with strong interpersonal skills.
• Background in agile environments and executive storytelling and facilitation.
