JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a cyber response governance lead to oversee governance frameworks, policies, and standards across the response product pillar. You will collaborate with risk partners, operations, and application owners to reduce risk and drive cross-team governance enhancements.

The role emphasizes managing DLP break lifecycles, audit RFIs, and stakeholder alignment to ensure effective control coverage and timely issue resolution.

Formación

• Formal training or certification with 5+ years of experience in a product governance role.
• Extensive knowledge of application break lifecycles including the ability to manage and understand technical application breaks.
• Extensive knowledge of audit request lifecycles and the ability to complete RFIs.
• Experience driving change within organizations and managing stakeholders across multiple functions.

Responsabilidades

• Oversees product governance for the cyber response pillar creating governance frameworks, policies and standards.
• Works with the application owner to understand DLP breaks and work with the engineering team to fix breaks before their due dates.
• Works with the cyber teams to complete audit RFIs by their due dates.
• Gathers and analyzes customer feedback to address risks and issues.
• Ensure product controls are aligned to and assessed against the firms Threat Scenarios and Risk Framework to model a comprehensive view of control gaps and effectiveness.
