Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Columbus, OH seeks a Program Manager to own all facets of program execution for our largest cybersecurity initiatives, delivering governance and cross-functional collaboration to protect critical systems through detective and preventive controls.

You will coordinate internal and external stakeholders, drive change, and advocate for control awareness and adoption while leading agile delivery and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification with 5 years of managing large, firmwide technology projects with proven track record of success
• Strong technical background and aptitude with project experience with Cybersecurity controls and products
• Able to build program operational governance and support from the ground up. Ability to work collaboratively & translate business and user requirements into technology and architecture plans
• Experience with planning, leading and executing organizational change effectively and consistently to achieve desired business objectives
• Strong influence and negotiating skills, and the ability to overcome barriers and resistance to execute against strategic plans
• Excellent project management skills and experience managing global projects across multiple lines of business and/or stakeholder organizations.
