Qualifications

• Lead and oversee project lifecycles with security initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional technical teams to align with DOE compliance standards.
• Own end-to-end project delivery from initiation through closeout in large, regulated environments.
• PMO governance, regulatory requirements, and documentation are maintained.

Responsibilities

• Drive core project management functions: planning, scope, scheduling, resources, budget, risk, and dependencies.
• Establish and manage project governance, aligning with CISO priorities and NYCPS standards.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution among technical teams, business units, vendors, and leadership.
• Oversee POA&M lifecycle, remediation timelines, and closure of findings.
• Produce executive reporting: status dashboards, risks, issues, and escalations.
• Ensure projects meet cybersecurity, compliance, and risk-reduction objectives.
