You will lead enterprise cybersecurity programs, manage schedules, budgets and risks, and coordinate cross-functional teams while aligning with CISO priorities and regulatory standards. Responsibilities include governance, POA&M lifecycle oversight, executive reporting, risk management, and on-time delivery of security initiatives that reduce risk and ensure compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading cybersecurity projects.
• Experience managing schedules, budgets, and risk across cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to deliver security initiatives on time and within scope.
• Translate CISO priorities and regulatory requirements into project governance.
• Oversee POA&M lifecycle and remediation tracking for internal and third-party systems.
• Deliver executive dashboards and risk/issue reporting for leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery from initiation to closeout in large, regulated environments.
• Drive project planning, scope, scheduling, resource coordination, and dependency oversight.
• Maintain governance, documentation, and delivery milestones aligned with standards.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration among engineers, business units, vendors, and executives.
• Monitor and close security findings and POA&M activities with timelines.
