Job summary

Logicalis US seeks a Cybersecurity Delivery Leadership to guide a growing team delivering advisory, assessment, architecture, implementation, remediation, and incident readiness engagements across the cybersecurity portfolio. This leader ensures staffing, delivery standards, and repeatable service models align with customer outcomes, quality, schedule, and financial targets.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity, technology consulting, professional services, systems integration, or related delivery roles.
• 3+ years leading technical consulting or professional services resources.
• Broad knowledge across cybersecurity domains such as governance, risk and compliance; security assessments; data protection; identity and access management; zero trust; vulnerability and exposure management; SIEM, XDR, EDR, and firewalls; incident readiness and response; and security architecture.
• Ability to understand cybersecurity risk, translate technical issues into business impact, and communicate with technical, operational, and executive stakeholders.
• Familiarity with NIST CSF, CIS Controls, ISO 27001, and other regulatory/industry requirements.
• Ability to evaluate technical delivery risk and recognize when deeper subject-matter expertise is required.

Responsibilities

• Owns delivery execution across the cybersecurity professional services portfolio, including advisory and governance, AI security and governance, data protection, exposure management, security operations, cyber resilience, and identity and zero trust services.
• Leads, coaches, and develops cybersecurity consultants, engineers, architects, and other professionals.
• Partners with Sales, Solution Architects, Project Management, Managed Services, Operations, and strategic delivery partners to ensure repeatable, high-quality delivery.
• Defines role expectations, skill requirements, certification priorities, and development roadmaps with Cybersecurity Practice leadership.
• Owns workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and retention of cybersecurity delivery talent.
• Maintains governance for subcontractor delivery and ensures clear, actionable deliverables.
