Job summary

TUV SUD America, Inc. seeks an experienced Lead Auditor to advance our third-party certification audits across multi-site organizations. You will mentor auditors, shape product portfolio strategy, and coordinate global regional activities with clients and internal stakeholders.

The role offers flexible working practices, professional development, and an opportunity to influence sustainability services within a global network. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Lead auditor qualification for ISO 27001, ISO 27701, TISAX, or equivalent cybersecurity program.
• At least 5 years of experience conducting 3rd-party certification audits, including multi-site organizations.
• At least 3 years of people-leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of certification body processes, accreditation rules, and management system standards.
• Understanding of market and customer requirements to inform product strategy.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for interacting with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct management system audits with target ~50% utilization.
• Support onboarding, qualification, and resourcing of auditors for sustainability portfolio.
• Monitor auditor performance and take corrective action as needed.
• Facilitate pre-audit and post-audit activities with Operations Manager.
• Provide technical training and contribute to knowledge-management tools and documentation.
• Develop and implement portfolio strategy aligned with global/regional objectives.
• Coordinate sales and marketing activities related to sustainability services.
