Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Cybersecurity Manager to lead complex security engagements for the Utilities industry, spanning IT and OT environments, regulatory compliance, and grid modernization initiatives. You will coordinate delivery, manage client relationships, and guide teams across cyber defense, risk management, and identity control in a dynamic, policy-driven setting.

The role requires deep utility cybersecurity expertise, strong leadership, and the ability to translate business priorities

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years designing, developing, implementing, and managing cybersecurity solutions across multiple domains.
• Minimum 3 years leading a team and delivering security account leadership.
• Experience delivering cybersecurity solutions for electric, gas, or water utilities across IT and OT environments.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with client stakeholders to align security initiatives with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Manage cybersecurity assessments, strategy workstreams, and implementation activities across IT/OT environments, cloud, substations, and field systems.
• Support senior leaders in advising on integrating cybersecurity risk management into operational resilience and grid modernization.
• Lead cybersecurity transformation workstreams focusing on IT/OT convergence, network segmentation, and threat detection modernization.
• Develop scalable cybersecurity solutions with architects and partners to enable secure grid modernization and IT/OT convergence.
