Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Cybersecurity Manager to lead complex information security engagements in the Utilities sector, spanning IT/OT, grid modernization, and regulatory compliance. You will coordinate delivery, mentor teams, and serve as the trusted point of contact for client security, business, and IT stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in designing, developing, implementing, and managing cybersecurity solutions across IT/OT and security domains.
• 3+ years leading a team in a Security Account lead role.
• 3+ years delivering cybersecurity solutions for electric, gas, or water utilities across IT/OT environments.
• Experience with utility cybersecurity regulatory frameworks (NERC CIP, NIST CSF, etc.).
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with client stakeholders to align security initiatives with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Manage cybersecurity assessments, strategy workstreams, and implementation activities across IT, OT/ICS, cloud, substations, and field systems.
• Support senior leaders in advising on integrating cybersecurity risk management into operational resilience and energy transition initiatives.
• Manage utility cybersecurity transformation workstreams focused on IT/OT convergence, network segmentation, and threat detection modernization.
• Facilitate threat modeling, incident response, and recovery-readiness for risks to grid, gas, water, and customer operations.
• Work with architects and vendors to develop scalable cybersecurity solutions for grid modernization and cloud adoption.
• Contribute Utilities cybersecurity expertise to client engagements, proposals, and internal forums.
• Establish trusted relationships with clients.
