Job summary

Accenture's Cybersecurity practice in the United States is seeking a Cybersecurity Manager focused on utilities to protect critical infrastructure and modernize grid operations. You will steer complex engagements across IT and OT, collaborating with client stakeholders to deliver secure, compliant solutions.

In this role you will lead delivery, manage risks and budgets, and guide teams through regulatory frameworks such as NERC CIP and NIST.

Qualifications

• 6+ years designing, developing or managing cybersecurity solutions across IT/OT and utilities.
• 3+ years leading project teams and delivery management.
• Experience delivering cybersecurity for electric, gas, or water utilities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with client stakeholders to align security initiatives with business objectives.
• Manage cybersecurity assessments, strategy workstreams, and IT/OT environments including cloud and field systems.
• Support leaders with risk management, regulatory alignment, and operational resilience.
