Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Cybersecurity Senior Manager to lead and deliver complex information security engagements for utility clients in the Nashville area. You will guide IT/OT convergence, risk management, and regulatory compliance initiatives while shaping cybersecurity strategies aligned with client business priorities.

As a senior leader, you will mentor teams across Analyst to Manager levels, drive strategic initiatives, and partner with Accenture Industry teams to deliver secure grid

Qualifications

• 8+ years designing, developing and managing cybersecurity solutions across IT/OT
• 5+ years leading a Security Account lead role or equivalent
• Experience delivering cybersecurity solutions for electric, gas, or water utilities across enterprise IT and OT environments

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex information security engagements with primary client contact
• Drive end-to-end cybersecurity strategy and execution across IT, OT/ICS, cloud, and field systems
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to align security initiatives with business objectives and regulatory requirements
• Advise executives on integrating cybersecurity risk management into operational resilience and grid modernization
• Oversee large-scale utility cybersecurity transformation programs focusing on IT/OT convergence and threat detection modernization
