Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Manager Cybersecurity 1 to lead a team of Information System Security Professionals in Rolling Meadows, IL. The role focuses on assessing systems within a secure enclave, implementing government policies, and coordinating security testing and audits.

The candidate will drive A&A efforts, maintain documentation, and ensure compliance with DAAG/JSIG/ICDs while mentoring team members and collaborating with program management and customers on technical matters.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree with 3 years of experience, or a Bachelor's degree with 5 years experience.
• Current U.S. Government Top Secret security clearance or be in Continuous Evaluation.
• Must meet 8140 requirements for Information System Security Manager - Security+.
• Ability to obtain and maintain access to Special Access Programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of cybersecurity professionals responsible for assessing systems and networks within a secure enclave.
• Establish and oversee program control processes to support system A&A and security testing.
• Implement government policies (DAAG, JSIG, ICDs) to ensure compliance.
• Document A&A and inspection results and coordinate corrective actions with security team.
