• 5+ years total professional experience.
• 4+ years hands-on cybersecurity or IT risk assessments.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity operations, data protection, and HIPAA requirements.
• Ability to independently manage engagements from planning through reporting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Certifications CISSP, CISA, HCISPP or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute cybersecurity and resilience assessments across technology and operational domains.
• Assess design and operating effectiveness of controls against regulatory requirements and frameworks.
• Support integrated assessments that evaluate resilience objectives.
• Act as strategic advisor to client security and risk functions across GRC and business resiliency.
• Lead or support program execution activities, including metrics, remediation, and continuous improvement.
• Mentor and supervise junior consultants; contribute to knowledge sharing.
• Prepare clear, thorough documentation, reports, and deliverables on schedule.
• Communicate assessment scope, procedures, findings, and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Maintain engagement quality and client satisfaction throughout delivery.
