DMI is seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Lead / Information Assurance Manager to guide enterprise security operations in support of U.S. Government initiatives. The role demands strategic leadership, mentoring of teams, and ensuring compliance across critical systems with DoD guidelines.

Eligible for SECRET clearance, U.S. citizenship required. Location is McLean, VA, with responsibility to shape security doctrine and protect high-visibility programs.

Formación

• Experience with information security engineering, security services, threat mitigation, and lessons learned from attack scenarios.
• Familiarity with Certification and Accreditation processes for IT systems.
• IAT Level III DoD requirements and relevant security standards.
• CISSP certification is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Establish and enforce information security requirements across systems.
• Support DoD/ government cybersecurity doctrine and policy development.
• Mentor junior cybersecurity staff and guide solution design.
• Oversee C&A packages and ensure compliance with standards.
• Verify patches and configuration changes to maintain secure baselines.
• Review CONOPS and docs to integrate security requirements.
• Implement and manage PKI technologies and security mechanisms.
