Blackpoint Cyber is seeking a Technical Writer to own the knowledge base, rebuild ~250 articles to a single standard, and establish documentation discipline for ongoing accuracy across internal teams, customers, and MSP partners.

You will verify procedures against the live product, collaborate with SMEs and engineers, and align content with the company’s AI strategy, ensuring a consistent voice and structure for varied audiences.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional technical writing experience.
• Experience leading large-scale knowledge base rewrites.
• Strong command of style guides and structured authoring.
• Ability to work with technical SMEs and extract details from interviews and data.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the documentation style guide and templates across the knowledge base.
• Rewrite ~150 stale or incomplete articles grounded in internal documentation and SME input.
• Author ~100 new articles covering troubleshooting, lifecycle, MSP management, and compliance guidance.
• Create information architecture tailored to internal teams, customers, and partners.
