Red Alpha seeks a Technical Writer to join our cybersecurity team. You will craft user guides, reference manuals, SOPs, and training materials for a technical program, making complex concepts accessible to technical and non-technical audiences.

Requirements include a BS in CS/IS, 7+ years in technical writing, experience with Confluence, template creation, cross‑functional collaboration, and an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in technical writing.
• Experience using Confluence and creating document templates.
• Ability to work across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Create documentation for a technical program including user guides, reference manuals, SOPs and briefing materials.
• Create document templates as needed.
• Own the documentation lifecycle and ensure updates for knowledge management.
• Route documentation for accuracy with technical teams.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, system and software engineers, test engineers and analysts.
