Job summary

Svec Coop seeks a Cybersecurity Administrator in Florida to serve as the primary resource for end-user technology support while assisting with SOC operations, vulnerability management, incident response, and BI reporting.

You will develop and maintain operational reporting solutions and help ensure reliable technology services for Cooperative employees, collaborating with security and IT teams in a hands-on role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in cybersecurity, information systems, data analytics, computer science, or related field
• Experience providing helpdesk, desktop, or end-user technical support
• Working knowledge of security monitoring, incident response, vulnerability management, and cybersecurity practices
• Experience developing or supporting BI dashboards, reports, or analytics solutions
• Familiar with Microsoft 365, Windows, identity, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs, switches, firewalls, and wireless technologies
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong customer-service focus
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently and collaboratively
• Three (3) or more years of progressive technology, cybersecurity, support, or analytics experience

Responsibilities
