• Coordinate internal resources and stakeholders to achieve successful project delivery aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee all phases of the project lifecycle, ensuring quality control and adherence to organizational standards.
• Develop detailed project plans, manage timelines, and allocate resources efficiently.
• Lead and provide direction to cross-functional project teams, including staff, contractors, and consultants.
• Foster collaboration and provide coaching or feedback to support team development.
• Communicate project status, risks, issues, and milestones to stakeholders and leadership regularly.
• Ensure project goals are aligned with organizational priorities and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to stay on track.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks using standard procedures and best practices.
• Oversee compliance with internal policies and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.
