Sentinel Technologies in Downers Grove, IL is seeking a motivated cybersecurity intern for Summer 2026 to learn enterprise security solutions within a collaborative SOC environment. You will apply classroom knowledge in a live setting and work alongside networking, systems, and support teams.

The program targets juniors pursuing a BS in Cybersecurity or CS, requiring strong communication, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to travel for equipment transport.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a junior in college or higher pursuing a Bachelor's degree.
• Major in Cybersecurity, Computer Science or an equivalent program.
• Ability to multi-task in a rapidly evolving business ecosystem.
• Clear and professional spoken and written communication skills.
• The candidate must have a car, as this position requires travel between location and the transportation of equipment.
• A valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle insurance will be required.
• Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Must demonstrate a “can-do” attitude.

This role is ideal for someone who is ready to learn about enterprise cybersecurity solutions in a highly collaborative SOC environment.
