Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management or related field.
• Hands-on experience with Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, or comparable enterprise identity platforms.
• Understanding of IAM concepts including authentication, authorization, federation, SSO, MFA, identity lifecycle management, RBAC, and least privilege.
• Working knowledge of SAML 2.0, OIDC/OAuth 2.0, and SCIM 2.0.
• Experience creating automation through workflows, scripting, REST APIs, PowerShell, Python, or similar technologies.
• Experience troubleshooting technical issues involving authentication, provisioning, certificates, tokens, claims, or identity synchronization.
• Experience working with ServiceNow or another enterprise ITSM platform.
• Familiarity with security logging, monitoring, and SIEM technologies.
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
