Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Business, or related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• 10+ years leading service governance, operational oversight, service delivery, or strategic partner management.
• 5+ years in cybersecurity, technology operations, IT service management, governance and risk.
• Proven governance framework design and executive-level reporting.
• Strong KPI, SLA, and performance management understanding, with senior stakeholder interaction.

Responsibilities

• Govern services framework setup and accountability for partners and deliveries.
• Define and monitor service performance metrics, KPIs, SLAs and risk indicators.
• Be trusted governance contact for senior cybersecurity leaders and partners.
• Drive on-time delivery with procurement and delivery teams, ensuring status visibility.
• Identify improvement opportunities and drive governance maturity across platforms.
